dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research work is to analyze effective communication and its impact on the teamwork of the secretaries of the Department of the General Secretariat of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Puebloviejo. Bearing in mind that communication is an important pillar within any company, mainly influencing work teams, because they need to effectively carry out the processes, procedures and activities carried out in a department in order to comply with the alignments and policies created for the correct structural and organizational functioning of the company, in such a way that they use formal information channels and communication techniques, so that teamwork achieves the proposed objectives, allowing them to develop in the best way. To collect information that allows us to know exactly about the subject of study, the contacted population was taken as a sample, which was eight people, who collaborated in the survey for data collection and consolidation of the study. From the results obtained, it was possible to determine different problems that are occurring within the General Secretary department that affects the fulfillment and development of the different functions that are executed within it, such as the case of communication that did not flow with charity, which, in many cases, made it difficult for the immediate boss to understand the assignment of activities. It was also possible to observe that, in reference to the secretaries, they were not considered in the decision-making processes of the department, which affected the continuation of the rotation of the work staff. For all the above, several situations are proposed in a general way to achieve the improvement of the role of the collaborators.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad analizar la comunicación efectiva y su incidencia en el trabajo en equipo de las secretarias del Departamento de Secretaría General de Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Puebloviejo. Teniendo en claro que la comunicación es un pilar importante dentro de cualquier empresa influyendo principalmente en los equipos de trabajo, debido a que estos necesitan llevar de manera efectiva los procesos, gestiones y actividades que se realizan en un departamento para poder cumplir con los alineamientos y políticas creadas para el correcto funcionamiento tanto estructural como organizacional de la empresa, de tal forma que utilicen canales de información formal y técnicas de comunicación, para que así, el trabajo en equipo logre conseguir los objetivos propuestos permitiéndoles que se desarrollen de la mejor manera. Para recaudar información que nos permita conocer con exactitud acerca del tema de estudio se tomó como muestra la población contactada que fue de ocho personas, las cuales colaboraron en la encuesta para la recopilación de datos y consolidación del estudio. De los resultados obtenidos se pudo determinar diferentes problemáticas que se están presentando dentro del departamento de Secretaria General que afecta en el cumplimiento y desarrollo de las diferentes funciones que se ejecutan en dentro del mismo, como el caso de la comunicación que no fluía con caridad, lo que, en muchos casos, dificultaba la comprensión en la asignación de actividades por parte del jefe inmediato. También se pudo observar que, en referencia a las secretarias, ellas no eran consideradas en los procesos de toma decisiones del departamento, lo que afectaba la continuación de la rotación del personal de trabajo. Por todo lo expuesto se plantea varias situaciones en forma general para lograr el mejoramiento el rol de los colaboradores.es_ES
