dc.descriptionThis research was developed with the objective of designing a methodological procedure that allows the correct strategic planning and its impact on the work environment of the assistants of the parish GAD of Bejucal Island, according to the activities to be carried out by them, highlighting the responsibilities to be fulfilled by each of them and detect any anomaly in the flow of information at the time of setting the strategic plans that are sought to be fulfilled. These plans are goals stipulated in the short or long term with a common purpose by the entity with the purpose of guaranteeing the improvement of attention, reception and overcoming of the same. In the theoretical context, relevant topics were approached with bibliographic and documentary bases that helped us affirm the importance of strategic planning as part of the work environment, and also the important role that assistants currently play with respect to efficiency, performance and productivity in the optimization of time and resources of their functions. Within the development of this research, the inductive-deductive methods were used, which identify the problems within the study and the laws or principles to be followed to solve the problem. Finally, as a conclusion within the information obtained, a questionnaire of eight questions asked to the assistants of the department for the research process executed in the GAD of Bejucal Island is presented.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de diseñar un procedimiento metodológico que permita la correcta planeación estratégica y su incidencia en el ámbito laboral de las asistentes del GAD parroquial de la Isla de Bejucal, de acuerdo a las actividades a desempeñar por parte de las mismas, se destaca las responsabilidades a cumplir por parte de cada una de ellas y detectar cualquier anomalía que presente en el flujo de la información al momento de fijar los planes estratégicos que se buscan cumplir. Estos planes son metas estipuladas a corto o largo plazo con un fin en común por la entidad con el propósito de garantizar la mejora de atención, recepción y superación de los mismos. En el contexto teórico se abordó temas relevantes como el de bases bibliográficas y documentales que ayudarán afirmar la importancia de la planificación estratégica como parte del ámbito laboral, y así también el importante rol que cumplen las asistentes en la actualidad con respecto a la eficacia, rendimiento y productividad en la optimización del tiempo y recursos de sus funciones. Dentro del desarrollo de esta investigación se utilizaron los métodos inductivo-deductivo, los cuales identifican los problemas dentro del estudio y las leyes o principios a seguir para despejar dicho problema, finalmente, como conclusión dentro de la información obtenida se presenta un cuestionario de ocho preguntas realizadas a las asistentes del departamento para el proceso investigativo ejecutado en el GAD de la Isla de Bejucal.es_ES
