dc.descriptionThis case study focuses on determining how interpersonal development contributes to the work environment of the secretaries of the municipality of Babahoyo. Said was carried out, considering that every company has applicable processes that basically help to manage work tasks, taking into account that they are fundamental parts of the institution, whose purpose is the achievement of the objectives and goals proposed by the educational entity. . The study was carried out through the application of the qualitative method, in order to develop the variables of the theme to be executed and thus, be able to know what the shortcomings are, as well as their importance within them, for this purpose, the interview was used. as a technique aimed at collecting information, which was carried out with the secretary of the aforementioned institution. In the development of the investigative activity that basically supported the writing of this scientific work, it was possible to specify the need to follow each of the processes that this labor field needs to strengthen the administrative part, in the same way, it was possible to show that in the In the institution that is the object of the exploratory study developed, control of the interpersonal relationships of the secretaries with the population that visits the institution, outlined above, must be maintained. dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se centra en determinar de qué manera el desarrollo interpersonal aporta al ámbito laboral de las secretarias del municipio de Babahoyo. Dicho se llevó a cabo, considerando que toda empresa cuenta con procesos aplicables que básicamente ayudan a gestionar las tareas laborales, teniendo en cuenta, que son partes fundamentales de la institución, cuya finalidad es la consecución de los objetivos y metas propuestas por la entidad educativa, ya que asi las secretarias son las segundas al mando luego de los lideres o jefes de cada departamento. El estudio se realizó mediante la aplicación del método cualitativo, con el fin de desarrollar las variables del tema a ejecutar y así, poder conocer cuáles son las falencias que presentan, así como su importancia dentro de ellas, con tal finalidad, se utilizó la entrevista como técnica dirigida a la recolección de información, la cual se llevó a cabo con la secretaria de la mencionada institución. En el desarrollo de la actividad investigativa que básicamente sustentó la escritura de esta obra científica, se logró precisar la necesidad de seguir cada uno de los procesos que este campo laboral necesita para fortalecer la parte administrativa, de igual manera, se pudo evidenciar que en la institución objeto del estudio exploratorio desarrollado se debe mantener el control de las relaciones interpersonales de las secretarias con la población que visita la institución, antes reseñadas. Recayendo precisamente en lo antes expuesto la significación y la factibilidad del contenido del presente.es_ES
