dc.descriptionThe competencies of secretarial staff influence the internal activities in an organization, because they help in document management, internal communication, human relations and teamwork. In other words, the role of the secretarial professional plays an important role in organizational synergy. Given the importance of the secretarial staff in the realization of organizational activities, this research was developed, whose general objective is to determine the level of contribution that the secretarial professional has in the institutional planning of the Educational Unit October 11. The methodology is based on a mixed qualitative-quantitative approach, while the types of research were: descriptive and field research. In addition, the survey and interview techniques were applied, which are directed to the administration and secretarial staff. The inductive method was also used, because from the identification of particular findings in the research process, the conclusions of the study are established. The results of the research process revealed that the perception of the units of analysis is that the work competencies of the secretarial professional do influence planning, but do not play a predominant role, which is why they state that they have a medium degree of relationship with respect to the fulfillment of institutional objectives. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need for secretaries to effectively develop the work competencies included in the professional profile in order to achieve a greater impact on planning activities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLas competencias del personal de secretaría influyen en las actividades internas en una organización, porque ayuda en la gestión documental, comunicación interna, relaciones humano y trabajo en equipo. Es decir, el rol del profesional de secretariado juega un importante papel en la sinergia organizacional. Ante la importancia que tiene el personal de secretaría en la realización de las actividades organizativas, se desarrolló la presente investigación, cuyo objetivo general consiste en determinar el nivel de contribución que tiene el profesional de secretaría en la planificación institucional de la Unidad Educativa 11 de octubre. La metodología está conformada por un enfoque mixto, cualitativo – cuantitativo, mientras que los tipos de investigación fueron: descriptiva y de campo. Además, se aplicaron las técnicas de la encuesta y entrevista, las cuales se encuentran dirigidas al personal de administración y secretariado. También se utilizó el método inductivo, porque a partir de la identificación de hallazgos particulares en el proceso investigación, se establecen las conclusiones del estudio. Los resultados del proceso investigativo revelaron que la percepción de las unidades de análisis consiste en que las competencias laborales del profesional de secretaría sí influyen en la planificación, pero no juega un papel preponderante; motivo por el cual manifiestan que posee un grado de relación medio, con respecto al cumplimiento de los objetivos institucionales. Por lo tanto, se concluye que existe la necesidad de que las secretarias (os) desarrollen de forma efectiva las competencias laborales que engloba el perfil profesional para lograr un mayor impacto en las actividades de planificación.es_ES
