dc.description.abstractEl siguiente estudio de caso titulado como “PROTOCOLOS ADMINISTRATIVOS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL CLIMA LABORAL DE LAS SECRETARIAS DEL MUNICIPIO DE JUJAN”, pretende evidenciar y demostrar la importancia de los protocolos administrativos dentro de los diferentes departamentos de una organización, sean estos públicos o privados. Al mismo tiempo se centrará en recopilar toda la información sobre lo indispensable que son los protocolos administrativos en las secretarias del municipio de Jujan, a su vez se optará por entrevistar a un grupo de los mismos, para conocer cuáles son sus criterios en relación al tema. Se investigará a los jefes o personal que ocupen cargos gerenciales o superiores, ya que ellos son los responsables en que se cumplan las reglas a cabalidad en la empresa y así en dicha empresa exista un excelente manejo de protocolos administrativos que facilite un buen clima laboral, porque si bien es cierto donde fluye un buen protocolo administrativo, existe un excelente clima laboral en los diferentes empleados. Considerando lo expuesto anteriormente, todo esto beneficiará a que no solo fluya un favorable clima laboral, sino que ayudará a que la atención de los administrativos hacia los clientes o diferentes ciudadanos que se benefician de este servicio sea atendido satisfactoriamente sin que sus requerimientos no sean atendidos o solucionados de forma correcta. Esto conllevara que los ciudadanos beneficiaros de los trabajos del municipio del cantón Jujan, se sientas satisfecho y complacidos, aquella generara que este municipio gane un buen prestigio y que la empresa tenga considerable crecimiento.es_ES
