dc.descriptionThe purpose of this research is to establish professional ethics and its influence on the behavior of administrative in the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Ricaurte, focusing on the work performance of an administrative assistant within an organization, Company or public r private institution. The existential development of the same, giver that through this administrative assistant the Company must have an essential link in its work activities. For this reason, an applicant for this job must have all the qualities and skill such as customer service, providing good service, having moral and ethical values and putting them into practice every day. These behavior manuals are basic pillars in the exercise of this profession. The Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Ricaurte, an institution that was taken as inspiration for this case study, needs to update its knowledge and, on the part of its leaders demonstrate its professionalism and give job opportunities to profesionals who have the endowment to functionas administrative assistants. Have the responsibility of hiring personnel qualified in this specialty so that in this way the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Ricaurte has quality care and can demonstrate that it is a reliable institution and can demonstrate that it is a reliable institution and that it lends itself to helping the citizens of the Parroquia Ricaurte in any circumstance. In the development of this case study based on different theories and techniques applied by administrative assistants in the workplace, it was show that it is necessary for this person to be clear that the application of the code and ethical rules is elementary, the good human behavior makes the people around us have a clear image of who they are as people. Honesty, responsibility when performing daily, work tasks shows that they are trained, efficient and competent profesionals to work in the department.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEsta investigación tienen como finalidad establecer la Ética Profesional y su Influencia en el Comportamiento de las Auxiliares Administrativas en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Ricaurte enfocándose en el desempeño laboral de una auxiliar administrativas dentro de una organización, empresa o institución pública o privada es primordial para el desarrollo existencial de la misma, dado que mediante esta auxiliar administrativa la empresa debe tener un vínculo esencial en sus actividades laborales. Por esta razón un aspirante a este puesto de trabajo debe contar con todas las cualidades y capacidades como la atención al cliente, brindar un buen servicio, contar con valores morales y éticos y ponerlos en práctica día a día. Estos manuales de comportamiento son pilares básicos en el ejercicio de esta profesión. El Gobiernos Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Ricaurte, institución a quien se tomó como inspiración del presente estudio de caso necesita actualizar sus conocimientos y por parte de sus dirigentes demostrar su profesionalismos y darles oportunidad de trabajo a profesionales quienes tengan la dotación para desenvolverse como auxiliares administrativos, tener la responsabilidad de contratar al personal titulado en esta especialidad para que de esta manera el GAD Parroquial Rural Ricaurte tenga una atención de calidad y se pueda demostrar que es una institución confiable y que esta presta a ayudar a los ciudadanos de la Parroquia Ricaurte en cualquier circunstancia. En el desarrollo de este estudio de caso en base a diferentes teorías y técnicas que aplican los (as) auxiliares administrativos en el ámbito laboral se demostró que es necesario que esta persona tenga en claro que la aplicación del código y reglas éticas es elemental, el buen comportamiento humano hace que las personas que nos rodeen tengan una imagen clara de quienes son como personas. La honestidad, responsabilidad al realizar las tareas laborales diarias muestran que son profesionales capacitados, eficientes y competentes para laboral en aquel departamento.es_ES
