| dc.description | The present work was based on the objective of determining what is the influence of the labor market in the insertion of the secretaries in the Civil Protection Institution of the Vinces Canton. The present case study was carried out through the application of field research, the quantitative method and a survey was also implemented as an instrument for collecting information, which helped to understand the problem and to draw relevant conclusions in the investigation. In addition, the theoretical supports served for a better understanding of the problematic situation. With the information obtained in the current case study, it revealed the gaps related to the problem and suggested possible solutions related to them, for self-knowledge and self-assessment. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo se basó bajo el objetivo de determinar cuál es la influencia del mercado laboral en la inserción de las/os secretarias/os en la Institución de Protección Civil del Cantón Vinces. El presente estudio de caso se lo realizo mediante la aplicación de la investigación de campo, el método cuantitativo y además se implementó una encuesta como instrumento de recolección de información, lo que ayudo a comprender la problemática y a plantear conclusiones relevantes en la investigación. Además, los sustentos teóricos sirvieron para una mejor comprensión de la situación problemática. Con la información obtenida en el estudio de caso actual, reveló los vacíos relacionados con el problema y sugirió posibles soluciones relacionadas con ellos, para el autoconocimiento y la autoevaluación. | es_ES |
