| dc.description | Currently, the use of ICT information and communication technologies is one of the fundamental processes in the integration of a company and as information grows, better management of it is needed. The Secretary plays a very important role in the development of societies, has achieved roles and functions beyond the traditions, which makes her a professional with abilities, skills and techniques demonstrating their effectiveness towards the company, by updating new Technological tools. Information technologies have an impact on the institution's financial decision-making, since the system automates the accounting operation to plan or organize and is faster in the execution of processes. For this reason, we have decided to carry out the present investigation entitled: Technological tools and their impact on the secretarial department in the Educational Unit "October 11" in the period 2021 - 2022. According to the information obtained in my research, it was identified that the Secretariat departments, when carrying out the planning, execution and control in business financial management, could rely on new technological tools or techniques for making adequate and efficient decisions; in order to be able to face challenges imposed by the new technological environment in the 21st century. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente, el uso de las tecnologías de información y la comunicación TIC es uno de los procesos fundamentales en la integración de una empresa y a medida que va creciendo la información se necesita un mejor manejo de la misma. La Secretaria juega un papel de suma importancia en el desarrollo de las sociedades, ha alcanzado roles y funciones más allá de las tradiciones, que la hace ser una profesional con habilidades, destrezas y técnicas demostrando su eficacia hacia la empresa, mediante la actualización de nuevas herramientas tecnológicas. Las tecnologías de información impactan en la toma de decisiones financieras de la institución, ya que el sistema automatiza la operación contable para planificar u organizar y es más veloz en la ejecución de los procesos. Por tal motivo, se ha realizado la presente investigación titulada: Herramientas tecnológicas y su impacto en el departamento de secretaría en la Unidad Educativa “11 de Octubre” en el periodo 2021 – 2022. De acuerdo con la información obtenida en la investigación se identificó que los departamentos de Secretaría al efectuar la planificación, ejecución y control en la gestión financiera empresarial podrían apoyarse en las nuevas herramientas o técnicas tecnológicas para la toma de decisiones adecuadas y eficientes; con el fin de poder afrontar retos que impone el nuevo entorno tecnológico en el siglo XXI. | es_ES |
