dc.descriptionThis investigation is focused on digital marketing and ecotourism encouraging the promotion of natural tourist attractions that is the environment where this modality is developed, currently there are a lot of digital marketing strategies that can be exploited by the tourism sector for the sustainable promotion of natural areas; so currently ecotourism seeks to encourage and promote sustainability in all its tourism activities. The present research work is deductive and inductive, through these methods it was possible to identify and study the problem posed, the techniques that were used in this research were survey, which allowed us to know that social networks are the digital media most used by the population and that through the proper use of digital channels would be very feasible to promote ecotourism in the Canton Urdaneta also being of great importance to have a website which will allow the increase of tourism, improving the quality of life and socio-economic level of the canton.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación está enfocada en el marketing digital y el ecoturismo incentivando a la promoción de los atractivos turísticos naturales que es el entorno donde se desarrolla dicha modalidad, actualmente existen una gran cantidad de estrategias de marketing digital que pueden ser aprovechada por el sector turístico para la promoción sostenible de las áreas naturales; por lo cual en la actualidad el ecoturismo busca incentivar y promocionar en todas sus actividades turísticas la sostenibilidad. El presente trabajo de investigación es de carácter deductivo e inductivo, mediante estos métodos se pudo identificar y estudiar la problemática planteada, las técnicas que fueron empleadas en esta investigación fueron encuesta , que nos permitieron conocer que las redes sociales son los medios digitales más utilizados por la población y que mediante el uso adecuado de los canales digitales sería muy factible la promoción del ecoturismo en el Cantón Urdaneta siendo también de gran importancia contar con una página web el cual permitirá el aumento de la afluencia turística , mejorando la calidad de vida y el nivel socio económico del cantónes_ES
