dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se está basado en la investigación relacionada con nuestro perfil profesional, Platos Típicos y Turismo Gastronómico del Recinto la Envida del Cantón Babahoyo tiene como objetivo concientizar a las generaciones futuras y actuales a preservar sus costumbres, ideas y gastronomía relacionado en el ámbito turístico. Por lo tanto es necesario comprometer a las culturas que todavía guardan sus costumbres, mantener una especie de valoración y dar a conocer a sus jóvenes sobre lo importante que es realizar o desarrollar lugares turísticos y cuya finalidad sea demostrar la gran variedad de economía que existe en el Ecuador. La metodología que se va a utilizar dentro de la investigación es cualitativa, utilizando técnicas como encuestas que están direccionadas a las personas que habitan alrededor de estos lugares turísticos y las entrevistas están direccionadas a los propietarios de estos lugares para obtener una información veraz para el desarrollo del estudio de caso.es_ES
