Therefore, this case study focuses on the incidence of the loss of a family member on the mental health of a 20-year-old person, who was allowed to reach a diagnosis with the help of different techniques such as clinical observation, semi-structured interview and With tools such as clinical history, observation guide and psychometric batteries, in conclusion it was possible to analyze the way in which the loss of a relative affects the patient, giving a diagnosis based on the ICD-10 (2000) F32 criteria. 1 Depressive disorder in a moderate episode and a therapeutic plan based on the cognitive behavioral approach is recommended in which different techniques of this approach were used to reduce the symptoms and modify the different distorted thoughts that the young woman presented.es_ES

dc.description.abstractPerder un familiar es más común en la actualidad debido a que la pandemia de COVID-19 aún no se disipa de completo. Por ende, este estudio de caso se centra en la incidencia de la pérdida de un familiar en la salud mental de una persona de 20 años, La cual se permitió llegar a un diagnóstico con ayuda de diferentes técnicas como la observación clínica, entrevista semiestructurada y con herramientas como la historia clínica, guía de observación y baterías psicométricas, en conclusión se logró analizar la manera en que incide la pérdida de un familiar en la paciente, dando un diagnóstico en base a los criterios del CIE-10 (2000) F32.1 Trastorno depresivo en un episodio moderado y se recomienda un plan terapéutico basado en el enfoque cognitivo conductual en el cual se utilizaron diferentes técnicas de este enfoque para reducir la sintomatología y modificar los diferentes pensamientos distorsionados que presentaba la joven.es_ES
