dc.descriptionThe current investigative case study shows how the development of a behavioral disorder arises due to emotional attachment. This problem was detected in the cantonal board for the protection of rights of the canton of ventanas, becoming one of the cases of greatest attention for presenting itself in a 10 year old infant with cognitive, affective, behavioral and somatic affectations, The process that was carried out to solve this problem was based on psychological methods and techniques and psychotherapeutic interventions with the cognitive-behavioral approach, resulting in awareness of the problem and reduction of all the symptoms presented, this work is also justified with the intention of knowing the importance of detecting this type of problem in time, the importance it can have on the entire population, the benefits and beneficiaries who may receive the necessary care with the feasibility of psychological resources that will be the main tool for the respective intervention, evaluation, diagnosis and finally treat thus improving the quality of life of the patient and its context in general, the structural diagnosis of the patient was the behavioral disorder type mild infantile onset F91. 1 with an evolution of 6 months this diagnosis was supported with the manuals DSM-5 and ICD-10, the anomaly presented was distributed in 10 sessions with a duration of 40 minutes each session with the collaboration of the patient, in different countries the prevalence of people with a diagnosis of conduct disorder is estimated at 10% more are men than women, few children get to be treated.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl actual estudio de caso investigativo evidencia como surge el desarrollo de un trastorno de conducta a causa del apego emocional dicha problemática se detectó en la junta cantonal protectora de derechos del cantón ventanas convirtiéndose en uno de los casos de mayor atención por presentarse en un infante de 10 años con afectaciones a nivel cognitivo,afectivo,conductual y somático, el proceso que se llevó acabo para resolver dicha problemática se basó en métodos y técnicas psicológicas e intervenciones psicoterapéuticas con el enfoque cognitivo conductual teniendo como resultado concientización del problema y reducción de toda la sintomatología presentada, también se justifica este trabajo con la intención de saber la importancia que es detectar este tipo de problemática a tiempo, la trascendencia que puede llegar a tener en toda la población, los beneficios y beneficiarios quienes podrán recibir la atención necesaria con la factibilidad de recursos psicológicos que serán la herramienta principal para la respectiva intervención, evaluación ,diagnóstico y finalmente tratar mejorando así la calidad de vida del paciente y su contexto en general, el diagnostico estructural del paciente fue el trastorno de conducta tipo inicio infantil leve F91.1 con una evolución de 6 meses dicho diagnóstico fue apoyado con los manuales DSM-5 y CIE-10, la anomalía presentada se repartido en 10 sesiones con una duración de 40 minutos cada sesión con la colaboración del paciente, en diferentes países la prevalencia de las personas con diagnóstico de trastorno de conducta se estima en un 10% más son hombres que mujeres, pocos niños llegan a ser tratados.es_ES
