| dc.description | The objective of this project is to identify how the consumption of psychotropic substances can alter the cognitive function of a 27-year-old adult from the Tonchigue parish belonging to the city of Esmeraldas, in which documentary and field research was used to understand and study the results on this phenomenon for the development of its variables. The tools used are the following: Clinical history, Neuropsi Test and MoCA Test, in addition to indicating that the intervention was carried out in person with visits to the patient's home. Thanks to the previous investigation, it was possible to determine that the patient meets all the diagnostic criteria of the DSM-5 and it is confirmed that he suffers from 292.81 (F14.121) Delirium with mild consumption disorder. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto propone como objetivo identificar cómo el consumo de sustancias psicotrópicas puede alterar la función cognitiva de un adulto de 27 años de la parroquia Tonchigue perteneciente a la ciudad de Esmeraldas, en la cual se hizo uso de la investigación documental y de campo para comprender y estudiar los resultados sobre este fenómeno para el desarrollo de sus variables. Las herramientas usadas son las siguientes: Historia clínica, Test Neuropsi y Test MoCA, además indicar que la intervención se efectuó de forma presencial con visitas al domicilio del paciente. Gracias a la indagación previa se logró determinar que el paciente cumple con todos los criterios de diagnóstico del DSM-5 y se ratifica que padece de 292.81 (F14.121) Delirium con trastorno por consumo leve. | es_ES |
