| dc.description | In the current case study, favorable results were obtained to delimit the behavior patterns of a 17-year-old adolescent who consumes psychotropic substances in the city of Babahoyo, therefore, a theoretical and bibliographical investigation was developed to be able to make a variant management. The psychological techniques that were applied to the patient were very useful for its improvement, which are: clinical interview, observation, clinical history, in addition to using the tests or battery to be able to define more accurately the disease that the patient has. With the results obtained from the investigation and the test, it was possible to determine that the adolescent presents F19 disorders related to other psychoactive substances and F93.0 separation anxiety disorders in childhood, according to the manual for the classification of mental and behavioral disorders of the ICD-10. Due to the separation of his parents and the consumption of heroin, also known as "H", for this I elaborated a work plan of a psychotherapeutic nature in reference to the conditions that the patient presented, more clearly it was developed in the cognitive, social, affective and somatic that would enable the patient to progress. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el actual estudio de caso se obtuvo resultados favorables para delimitar los patrones de conducta que tiene un adolescente de 17 años de edad el cual consume sustancias psicotrópicas en la ciudad de Babahoyo, por lo tanto se desarrolló una indagación teórica y bibliográfica para poder hacer un manejo de las variantes. Las técnicas psicológicas que se aplicaron al paciente fueron de gran utilidad para el mejoramiento del mismo las cuales son: entrevista clínica, la observación, historia clínica además de usar los test o batería para poder definir con mayor exactitud la enfermedad que tiene el paciente. Con los resultados obtenidos de la investigación y el test se pudo determinar que el adolescente presenta F19 trastornos relacionados con otras sustancias psicoactivas y F93.0 trastornos de ansiedad de separación en la infancia, según el manual de clasificación de los trastornos mentales y del comportamiento del CIE-10. Debido a la separación de sus padres y el consumo de heroína también conocida como “H”, para esto se elaboró un plan de trabajo de carácter psicoterapéutico en referencia a las afecciones que presentó el paciente, más claramente se desarrolló en el ámbito cognitivo, social, afectivo y somático el que le posibilitará un progreso al paciente. | es_ES |
