| dc.description | The present investigation is developed on the couple conflict and its incidence in the suicidal behavior of an 18-year-old adolescent from the Lago Agrio canton, taking into consideration that a couple conflict, either of boyfriends or marriage union within the bond affective, it can become dysfunctional and problematic. And product of this situation triggers a series of manifestations in their thoughts, emotions and behaviors resulting in a significant alteration in the life of a person. It is for what the adolescent who produces a series of suicidal behaviors when going through a depressive state of mind due to a conflict with her partner, and as a result of this problem makes the adolescent fall into despair and the only thing she thinks about is the solution before the problem as an escape door is suicide. Therefore, in the research process, a data collection is made on the adolescent, through psychological interviews, for the collection of respective information in the face of the problem of the case, and later to its elaboration, psychological techniques were also applied and psychometric tools such as a projective test and three psychometric tests. Together with the corroboration of the symptoms presented by the adolescent, she was diagnosed according to DSM-5 296.23 and ICD 10 code F32.2. Serious major depression. Therefore, a therapeutic scheme with a cognitive behavioral approach was developed. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolla sobre el conflicto de pareja y su incidencia en la conducta suicida de una adolescente de 18 años de edad del cantón Lago Agrio, teniendo en consideración que un conflicto de pareja, ya sea de novios o de unión matrimonial dentro del vínculo afectivo, puede tornarse disfuncional y problemática. Y producto de esta situación desencadena una serie de manifestaciones en sus pensamientos, emociones y conductas dando como resultado una alteración significativa en la vida de una persona. Es por aquello que la adolescente quien produce una serie de conductas suicidas al estar atravesando un estado de ánimo depresivo a causa de un conflicto con su pareja, y a raíz de este problema hace que la adolescente caiga en desesperanza y lo único que piensa sobre la solución ante el problema como puerta de escape es el suicidio. Por lo tanto en el proceso de la investigación se hace una recolección de datos sobre la adolescente, mediante entrevistas psicológicas, para la recolección de información respectiva ante la problemática del caso, y posteriormente a su elaboración de la misma, también se aplicaron técnicas psicológicas y herramientas psicométricas tales como un test proyectivo y tres test psicométricos. Junto con la corroboración de la sintomatología que presento la adolescente fue diagnosticada según el DSM-5 296.23 y CIE 10 código F32.2. Depresión mayor grave. Por lo tanto se procedió a elaborar un esquema terapéutico con enfoque cognitivo conductual. | es_ES |
