dc.descriptionIn the present case study of a 4-year-old patient, diagnosed according to the DSM-V criteria with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Coming from a compound family, he lives with his 75-year-old grandmother and 23-year-old aunt and 19-year-old uncle, with whom he maintains a close and harmonious relationship. A child who, following his development process, has shown a very restless behavior, which is why he presents inconveniences in the school and family environment, in the subject for this reason in the development of the case, important data were collected for the progress of the study and its respective elaboration; psychometric techniques and tools were applied, such as the Bender-koppitz test applied, the patient projected disruptive and even violent behavior.. And finally, the Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Test with a total of 100 points tells us that the probability of hyperactivity is average. Obtaining in this way through interviews and tests applied once all the information was organized, each of the symptoms presented by the child was analyzed, obtaining a diagnosis that meets the criteria of the DSM-V with Deficit Disorder. attention and hyperactivityes_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso de un paciente de 4 años, diagnosticado según los criterios del DSM-V con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad. Proveniente de una familia compuesta, convive con su abuela de años 75 años y tía de 23 años y su tío de 19 años, con quienes mantiene una relación cercana y armónica. Un niño que al seguir su proceso de desarrollo ha mostrado una conducta muy inquieta razón por la cual presenta inconvenientes en el ámbito escolar y familiar, en el sujeto por tal motivo en el desarrollo del caso se recopilaron datos importantes para el progreso del estudio y su respectiva elaboración; se aplicaron técnicas y herramientas psicométricas, tales como el test de Bender – koppitz aplicado el paciente proyectó conducta disruptivas e incluso violentas. Y por último el Test de Desordenes de Hiperactividad /Déficit de Atención de con un total de 100 puntos que nos dice que la probabilidad de hiperactividad se encuentra en la media. Obteniendo de esta manera por medio de entrevistas y test aplicados una vez que toda la información fue organizada, se analizó cada uno de los síntomas que presentaba el niño llegando a obtener un diagnóstico que cumple con los criterios del DSM-V con Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad.es_ES
