| dc.description.abstract | En el detallado estudio que se presenta a continuación, del caso de la baja autoestima y su incidencia en síndrome de Cutting en una adolescente de 13 años de la ciudad de San José de Chimbo se logró obtener la información necesaria a través de la intervención psicológica utilizando algunos recursos como: La historia clínica la observación y la entrevista semiestructurada. Se utilizó el teste de Rosenberg (la escala de autoestima de Rosenberg) que sirve de manera específica para determinar cómo las personas se auto valoran, estos recursos fueron de fundamental importancia para dar con el diagnóstico de la paciente, además se organizó algunas sesiones de terapia cognitivo-conductual para de esta manera ayudar a frenar estos pensamientos que le producían malestar e intranquilidad y originan el síndrome de Cutting, también se trabajó en conjunto con los padres para poder mejorar la relación en el entorno familiar y así obtener los resultados esperados que ayudaron a mejorar su estilo de vida sin hacer de lado sus obligaciones. | es_ES |
