| dc.description | This present case study, the medical history of a young 20-year-old student living in the city of Milagro is detailed, who after suffering sexual abuse by two subjects of the opposite sex manifests with different symptoms of PTSD and how These negatively affect your life and your environment. With this revelation of the patient and with the knowledge acquired, the work will be modified in the different areas that are; the behavioral area, the affective area, the cognitive area and the somatic area. Getting the patient to expose herself to situations that cause her to panic, having a positive advance in her behavior and thoughts that have helped to reduce the symptoms. For the collection of important data, several psychometric tests were applied, such as the Hamilton test, the David test and the Beck depression inventory, being a support to verify the frequency and intensity of the symptoms with respect to the disorder. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se detalla la historia clínica de una joven mujer estudiante de 20 años que reside en la cuidad de Milagro, la cual después de experimentar un abuso sexual por parte de dos sujetos del sexo opuesto se manifiesta con diferentes síntomas de un TEPT y como estos afectan negativamente su vida y entorno. Con esta revelación de la paciente y con los conocimientos adquiridos se logró trabajar en las distintas áreas, las cuales son; el área conductual, el área afectiva, el área cognitiva y el somático. Consiguiendo que la paciente se exponga a las situaciones que causan pánico, teniendo un avance positivo en su conducta y pensamientos que han ayudado a disminuir los síntomas. Para la recolección de datos importantes se aplicó varias pruebas psicométricas como lo es el test de Hamilton, el test de David y el inventario de depresión de Beck, siendo un apoyo para constatar la frecuencia e intensidad que se presentan los síntomas con respecto al trastorno. | es_ES |
