| dc.description | The present case study is focused on analyzing one of the problems that have become popular lately in the academic area of society, which is about the use of mobile devices in the learning process, this study was carried out in the Juan E. Verdesoto unit taking as a subject of study its students of higher education, to analyze critically, the theories related to the problem of the case, because this population is the one that most uses mobile devices especially when performing their tasks, to obtain information from this population we proceeded to conduct an online survey using the Google form and it was evidenced that most students use mobile devices for academic activities and that they are also predisposed to teachers and the institution allow them to use mobile devices within the classroom because they are a tool that can enhance the skills of students as long as they are used properly, so it is vital that teachers are responsible for guiding students to use them correctly, it is considered pertinent to identify both positive and negative aspects related to the use of mobile devices, and propose strategies that favor a culture of responsibility, respect for the rules and development of new mentalities and practices about the use of new technologies and take advantage of the resources that they offer us today in all social areas. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio esta enfocado en analizar una de las problemáticas que se han popularizado últimamente en el área académica de la sociedad, que es sobre el uso de los dispositivos móviles en el proceso de aprendizaje, este estudio fue realizado en la unidad Juan E. Verdesoto tomando como sujeto de estudio a sus estudiantes de básica superior, para analizar de forma crítica, las teorías relacionadas con la problemática del caso, debido a que esta población es la que más utiliza los dispositivos móviles sobre todo al momento de realizar sus tareas, para obtener información de esta población se procedió a realizar una encuesta online mediante el formulario de Google y se evidenció que la mayoría de los estudiantes utilizan los dispositivos móviles para actividades académicas y que también están predispuestos a que los docentes y la institución les permitan utilizar los dispositivos móviles dentro del aula debido a que son una herramienta que puede potenciar las habilidades del estudiantado siempre y cuando se les de un uso adecuado, por ello es de vital importancia que los docentes sean los encargados de guiar a los estudiantes a utilizarlos de manera correcta, se considera pertinente identificar tanto los aspectos positivos como los negativos relativos a la utilización de los dispositivos móviles, y plantear estrategias que favorezcan a una cultura de responsabilidad, respeto a las normas y desarrollo de nuevas mentalidades y prácticas acerca del uso de nuevas tecnologías y aprovechar los recursos que ellas nos ofrecen en la actualidad en todos los ámbitos sociales. | es_ES |
