Conclusion the appropriate Virtual education, is to improve, update their knowledge in ICT, with the support of parents, which is the essential axis to be successful in this process. Virtual classrooms have a very positive impact on education, since they facilitate communication and collaborative learning, they can interact with their teachers and classmates through audio, video or even instant messaging tools, it is a great complement to put all the material available to them.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realiza con la finalidad de analizar la importancia de implementar las Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (TICs) en la educación, puesto que, ha cambiado la forma de enseñar y la manera de impartir conocimientos durante la emergencia sanitaria del Covid-19, por lo cual se empleó una nueva modalidad de enseñanza. Por tal motivo este documento tiene como propósito determinar cómo afecta en la educación el hecho de estudiar de manera virtual, esto se podrá estipular por medio del estudio descriptivo ya que brinda la posibilidad de conocer este nuevo método de aprendizaje. Los alumnos utilizan la rede social de mensajes WhatsApp, esto le permite al maestro tener un contacto directo con el padre de familia, también usan plataformas digitales para acceder a las tareas otorgadas por los docentes, entre ellas están Youtube, Microsoft Teams y/o correos. Conclusión la adecuada educación Virtual, es mejorar, actualizar sus conocimientos en TIC, con el apoyo de los padres de familia que es eje primordial para tener éxito en este proceso. Las aulas virtuales impactan de forma muy positiva en la educación, ya que facilitan la comunicación y el aprendizaje colaborativo, se pueden relacionar con sus maestros y compañeros a través de herramientas de audio, video o hasta mensajería instantánea, es un gran complemento poner todo el material al alcance de los ellos.es_ES
