dc.descriptionEducation is considered as a cultural asset; where educational processes have been adjusted according to the changes that society has experienced. With the arrival of technology, educational institutions have been forced to invest to update their knowledge, develop skills and generate new skills; that today, constitute a determining factor to achieve a quality education, through the use of technological tools. The internet is the cultural medium through which the individual has managed to transgress its scope in the educational field. Hence, the management of e-learning technological tools is presented as an alternative solution, for the improvement of learning, within the classroom. Based on the exposed antecedents, it was proposed as an objective of study, to evaluate the students of the first level of baccalaureate of the computer science career of the "Eugenio Espejo" Educational Unit; about the knowledge they have around the technological tools of e-learning, taking as a sample a population of 44 students, of both sexes and in age ranges; From whose results it was possible to extract, that there is a considerable number of students use electronic devices such as cell phones, zoom platforms and other devices; whose usefulness is reduced to the mere fulfillment of class hours, little participatory interaction and a reduced number of attendees, which denotes a lack of interest, motivation and self-education on the part of those who participate in the teaching-learning processes, in the field of virtual education.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa educación es considerada como un bien cultural; donde los procesos educativos se han ido ajustando de acuerdo a los cambios que ha experimentado la sociedad. Con la llegada de la tecnología, las instituciones educativas se han visto obligadas a invertir para actualizar sus conocimientos, desarrollar habilidades y generar nuevas competencias; que hoy en día, constituyen un factor determinante para lograr una educación de calidad, a través del uso de herramientas tecnológicas. El internet es el medio cultural, mediante el cual el individuo ha logrado transgredir sus alcances en el campo educativo. De allí que, el manejo de las herramientas tecnológicas e-learning, se presenta como una alternativa de solución, para el mejoramiento de los aprendizajes, dentro del aula de clases. Basados en los antecedentes expuestos, se planteó como objetivo de estudio, evaluar a los estudiantes del primer nivel de bachillerato de la carrera de informática de la Unidad Educativa “Eugenio Espejo”; sobre el conocimiento que poseen entorno a las herramientas tecnológicas de e-learning, tomando como muestra a una población de 44 estudiantes, de ambos sexos y en intervalos de edades; de cuyos resultados se pudo extraer, que existe un número considerable de estudiantes utilizan dispositivos electrónicos como celulares, plataformas zoom y otros dispositivos; cuya utilidad se reduce, al mero cumplimiento de horas de clase, poca interacción participativa y un reducido número de asistentes, lo cual denota falta de interés, motivación y autoeducación de parte de quienes participan en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, en el ámbito de la educación virtual.es_ES
