| dc.description | The following investigation deals with the development of management software based on the Model E Government for the proper citizenship use related to the Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Vinces. The institution plans and promotes the social, economic, environmental, touristic and cultural development for the County to guarantee the equal access, benefits and good quality basic services that every modern society should enjoy. To reach the main objective of this investigation, this thesis is structured by eight chapters which are the following: In the first chapter, we have a small introduction in which describes the GAD Municipal del Cantón Vinces, information equipment and the Government model E. We also have the objectives which are a fundamental key to proceed with this thesis and which are implemented in a precise and clear manner. In the second chapter, everything related to the Referential Frame is described the following way: the previous investigations which are necessary to know the precise timing to conduct the present investigation according to the theory frame where the most useful concepts for the project are specified, the theory composure is a guide searching for a possible solution to the problem. It also shows the hypothesis which is related to the investigation objectives. Chapter three is about the results of the investigation. Statistic Charts and Graphics related to each survey and interview questions are shown. The interpretation and diffusion of the results are also given. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación trata sobre el Desarrollo de un Software de Gestión Basado en el Modelo E-Government para el Trámite Ciudadano en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Del Cantón Vinces. Ya que la institución trata Planificar y promover el desarrollo social, económico, ambiental, turístico y cultural del Cantón para garantizar a la población el acceso equitativo a los bienes y servicios básicos, de buena calidad, que toda sociedad moderna debe disfrutar. Para lograr el objetivo principal de esta investigación, esta tesis está estructurada por ocho capítulos los cuales son: En el primer capítulo tenemos una pequeña introducción en la que se habla sobre el GAD Municipal del Cantón Vinces, los sistemas informáticos y del modelo E-Government, también tenemos los objetivos que son una clave fundamental para la realización de la tesis, los cuales son planteados de forma clara y precisa. En el segundo capítulo se describe todo lo referente al Marco Referencial el cual contiene: Los antecedentes investigativos, que son muy necesarios conocer al momento de realizar la presente investigación el marco teórico, donde se especifica los conceptos más útiles para el proyecto, la postura teórica es una guía en la búsqueda de una posible solución al problema, también se muestra las hipótesis que están relacionadas con los objetivos de esta investigación. En el capítulo III están los resultados de la investigación, como la descripción de resultados, en este punto se muestran los gráficos y las tablas estadísticas de cada pregunta que se formuló para la realización de la encuesta y entrevista, la interpretación y difusión de resultados, aquí se concluye con la apreciación de las respuesta que nos muestran los gráficos en base a la contestación del personal administrativo y de los usuarios del Cantón... | es_ES |
