| dc.description | Sports journalism has been evolving in such a way that women have become important every day and more frequently in various sports programs, arousing interest in radio, written, television and digital media. A role that normally the man played, however, criticism of various stereotypes has been generated in favor of them both of the same gender and of the masculine gender. For this reason, this research emphasizes that women if they have the same skills and performance necessary to practice this profession, when exercising their work they are the point of attraction, where their beauty attracts the public's gaze. As well as the experiences and opinions of women journalists from the local sports media and my knowledge, you will verify with this article if female participation in sports programs really hinders the work of women in this area. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El periodismo deportivo ha venido evolucionando de tal manera que la mujer se ha vuelto importante cada día y con más frecuencia en varios programas deportivos, despertando interés en medios radiales, escritos, televisivos y también digitales. Un papel que normalmente el hombre desempeñaba, sin embargo, se han generado críticas de varios estereotipos en desfavor de ellas tanto del mismo género y del género masculino. Por tal motivo, la presente investigación recalca que las mujeres si poseen las mismas aptitudes y desempeño necesario para ejercer esta profesión, al ejercer su labor son ellas el punto de atracción, donde su belleza atrae la mirada del público. Así como las experiencias y opiniones de mujeres periodistas del medio deportivo local y el conocimiento mío, comprobaran con este artículo si realmente la participación femenina en programas deportivos dificulte la labor de la mujer en esta área. | es_ES |
