| dc.description | The company Agroproduce SA is an entity dedicated to the sale and marketing of agricultural products and machinery, this company is located in the city of Guayaquil, the organization has several clients inside and outside the city, which makes it a company well known. But in recent years it has had a significant decline both in its sales, as well as in the acquisition of products, reasons for which this case study was carried out, the company Agroproduce S.A presents some shortcomings due to the fact that it does not do a proper control of the inventory account and by not having a control system, it is very difficult to carry out an adequate and correct control of it, thus affecting the direct operation of the company, affecting its income and expenses. The personnel of the sales area and the accounting area are not doing a good job either, having a low performance both in sales and in the management of the accounting part of the company, it is for this reason that adequate personnel must be hired for each position, highly trained personnel to perform correctly in the entity, if the company Agroproduce SA does not make the respective corrections, both the proper use of its inventories and of its sales and accounting personnel can present catastrophic problems for the organization. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La empresa Agroproduzca S.A es una entidad dedicada a la venta y comercialización de productos y maquinarias agrícolas, esta empresa se encuentra ubicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, la organización cuenta con varios clientes dentro y fuera de la ciudad, lo que hace que sea una empresa muy reconocida. Pero en estos últimos años ha tenido un declive significativo tanto en sus ventas, así como en la adquisición de productos, motivos por el cual se realizó este estudio de caso, la empresa Agroproduzca S.A presenta algunas falencias debido a que no hace un debido control de la cuenta inventario y al no contar con un sistema de control se le hace muy difícil llevar un adecuado y correcto control del mismo, afectando así el funcionamiento directo de la empresa incidiendo en sus ingresos y egresos. El personal del área de ventas y del área contable tampoco están realizando un buen trabajo teniendo un bajo desempeño tanto en ventas como en el manejo de la parte contable de la empresa, es por ese motivo que se debe de contratar personal adecuado para cada puesto, personal altamente capacitado para desempeñarse correctamente en la entidad, si la empresa Agroproduzca S.A no hace las respectivas correcciones tanto el uso debido de sus inventarios y de su personal de ventas y contable pueden presentarse problemas catastróficos para la organización. | es_ES |
