dc.descriptionThe present case study was developed with the purpose of publicizing the shortcomings that the "MONTEREAL SA" farm located in the Febres Cordero parish presents in its work environment, since its administration of employees is important to work in harmony, and that the company has efficiency and productivity to maintain close communication between employees, make special contracts and appropriate to what the farm is looking for is another essential factor that is considered important for its production and strategic recognition for its work environment, the most relevant and that taken into account is to give their employees their space to unos their concerns about their work areas, an administration lies in trust and motivation when working together for the continuous improvement of the company, to lead it to fulfill all its planted objectives. To carry out this research project, the survey of employees and interviews with the farm administrator through key questions were used as a technique for gathering information, this helped to obtain the situation of their work environment in the farm and determine the problems causing so many anomalies between employees, in order to propose a definitive solution that helps to settle the problem and achieve a successful improvement in the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se desarrolló con la finalidad de dar a conocer las falencias que presenta en su clima laboral la hacienda “MONTEREAL S.A” ubicada en la parroquia Febres cordero, ya que su administración sobre los empleados es importante para trabajar en armonía, y que la empresa tengo eficiencia y productividad para mantener una estrecha comunicación entre empleados, realizar contrataciones especiales y adecuadas a lo que busca la hacienda es otro factor indispensable que se considera importante para su producción y reconocimiento estratégico para su clima laboral , lo más relevante y que se tomara en cuenta es de darles su espacio a sus empleados para saber sus inquietudes sobre sus área de trabajo, una administración radica en la confianza y motivación al realizar el trabajo en conjunto para la mejora continua de la empresa, para llevarla a cumplir todos sus objetivos planteados. Para llevar a cabo este proyecto investigativo se utilizó como técnica de levantamiento de información la encuesta a los empleados y entrevista al administrador de la hacienda mediante preguntas claves, esto ayudo a obtener la situación de su clima laboral en hacienda y determinar los problemas causantes ante tantas anomalías entre empleados, para poder proponer una solución definitiva que ayude a radicar el problema y conseguir un mejoramiento exitoso en la empresa.es_ES
