| dc.description | The purpose of this case study is to determine the irregularities due to administrative mismanagement that does not allow the correct functioning of the activities carried out in the cyber, by virtue of which it has been projected as the main objective to analyze the administrative management of the cyber J&J from the city of Babahoyo, to contribute with the possible solution that this microenterprise needs to guarantee a quality service that will serve to attract more clients; The inductive and descriptive method has been applied in addition to reinforcing the approach to the problem, with different theoretical sources from experts in the field on the effect that the correct application of administrative management has on the success of any business; and based on this and on the results obtained from the techniques and instruments used, such as the observation analysis, the interview together with its questionnaire applied to the owner of the cyber and the survey addressed to the business workers; It has been shown that most of its employees do not have knowledge in the matter of administrative management, this also occurs because its owner does not hire trained personnel to help boost their business. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio tiene como propósito determinar las irregularidades a causa del mal manejo administrativo que no permite el correcto funcionamiento de los actividades que se realizan en el cyber, en virtud de aquello se ha proyectado como objetivo principal analizar los procesos de la gestión administrativa que inciden en el cyber J&J de la ciudad de Babahoyo para mejorar la calidad de servicio, para contribuir con la posible solución que necesita esta microempresa para garantizar un servicio de calidad que servirá para captar más clientes; se ha aplicado el método inductivo y descriptivo además de reforzar el enfoque de la problemática, con diferentes fuentes teóricas de autores expertos en la materia sobre el efecto que tiene la correcta aplicación de la gestión administrativa en el éxito de todo negocio; y en base a ello y a los resultados obtenidos de las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados, como el análisis de observación, la entrevista junto con su cuestionario aplicada a la propietaria del cyber y la encuesta dirigida a los trabajadores del negocio; se ha demostrado que la mayor la parte de sus empleados no tienen conocimientos en la materia sobre gestión administrativa, esto además se produce porque su propietaria no contrata a personal capacitado que ayude a potencializar su negocio. | es_ES |
