dc.descriptionThe work below called Inventory Management in the "Susanita" Pantry begins with the approach to the problem that usually occurs in many commercial companies, in this case in said pantry with respect to its inventory management, which is not performs efficiently thus influencing the productivity of this company. Inventory management is undoubtedly an activity that currently remains little attended by small businesses, however, it must be taken into account that managing the products that are available is essential because the efficiency of the work depends on these. carried out by both the collaborators, as well as the owner of the pantry. For this reason, the objective of this research work is to identify the factors that cause inadequate inventory management in the "Susanita" Pantry. To achieve this objective, theoretical bases were used on the problems observed in this case study, in turn, techniques were applied for the collection of information such as; interview and surveys. The problems that exist in the business were analyzed, the same ones that are detailed in the development of the work. Regarding the methodology, a method was used which is inductive and the types of research, qualitative and quantitative, the techniques were interview and survey, each with its respective questionnaire, in the first instance a diagnosis was obtained that details the inconveniences that occur in the premises in terms of inventory management that has been carried out so far.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl trabajo a continuación denominado Gestión de inventarios en la Despensa “Susanita” comienza con el planteamiento del problema que por lo general este se da en muchas empresas comerciales, en este caso en dicha despensa con respecto a su gestión de inventarios, la cual no se realiza de manera eficiente influyendo de esta manera en la productividad de esta empresa. La gestión de inventarios sin duda alguna es una actividad que en la actualidad sigue siendo poco atendida por los pequeños negocios sin embargo hay que tener en cuenta que administrar los productos con los que se dispone es indispensable debido a que de estos depende la eficiencia del trabajo que realicen tanto los colaboradores, así como la dueña de la despensa. Por tal razón el objetivo del presente trabajo investigativo es identificar los factores que ocasionan que exista una inadecuada Gestión del inventario en la Despensa “Susanita”. Para lograr dicho objetivo se hizo uso de bases teóricas sobre las problemáticas observadas en este caso de estudio, a su vez se aplicó técnicas para la recolección de información tales como; entrevista y encuestas. Se analizó las problemáticas que existen en el negocio, las mismas que se detallan en el desarrollo del trabajo. Con respecto a la metodología se hizo uso de un método el cual es el inductivo y los tipos de investigación, cualitativa y cuantitativa, las técnicas fueron entrevista y encuesta, cada una con su respectivo cuestionario, en primera instancia se obtuvo un diagnóstico que detalla los inconvenientes que se presentan en el local en cuanto a la administración de inventarios que se lleva hasta el momento.es_ES
