| dc.description | The purpose of this work was to analyze the information on embezzlement in the Ecuadorian media: Case TC Television, published in five news channels; For this purpose, the study was carried out because it allowed an in-depth investigation of the published investigation of illicit appropriation in TC. The method used for the present research project is the inductive one that through the different reports allows to obtain a general idea about embezzlement in the case of the contracts of the television network TC Television, the same one that was carried out through an observation sheet as main tool for collecting data about the object of study and that will verify the name of the medium, and the details of the published news. Once the analysis of the content of the news of each of the media was carried out through the file, it was also identified that these media through their publications do detail the reason and name of the contract for which TC is being investigated, for resulting in writing that the State Attorney General's Office carried out the raid on TC Television as a search for contracts related to advertising services between the years 2020 and 2021 for an alleged case of embezzlement. Finally, the analysis of information on cases of embezzlement showed that, although in Ecuador there are media outlets that publish the embezzlement with which other television channels are involved, the vast majority do not, leaving in question the impartiality and professional ethics that they intend to demonstrate to the public. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tuvo como finalidad analizar la información sobre peculado en los medios de comunicación del Ecuador: Caso TC Televisión, publicadas en cinco canales informativos; para ello se realizó el estudio porque permitió investigar a profundidad la inquisición publicada de la apropiación ilícita en TC. El método utilizado para el presente proyecto de investigación es el inductivo que a través de los diferentes informes permite obtener una idea general sobre peculado en el caso de los contratos de la cadena televisiva TC Televisión, el mismo que se realizó mediante una ficha de observación como herramienta principal para la recolección de datos acerca del objeto de estudio y que constatará el nombre del medio, y los detalles de la noticia publicada. Una vez realizado el análisis del contenido de las noticias de cada uno de los medios de comunicación mediante la ficha también se identificó que estos medios a través de sus publicaciones si detallan el motivo y nombre del contrato por el cual se lo investiga a TC, por consiguiente redactan que la Fiscalía General del Estado realizó el allanamiento en TC Televisión como búsqueda de contratos relacionados con servicios de publicidad entre los años 2020 y 2021 por presunto caso de peculado. Finalmente, el análisis de información sobre los casos de peculado evidenció que, aunque en el Ecuador si haya medios de comunicación que publiquen los desfalcos con los que se ven envueltos otros canales de televisión, en su gran mayoría no lo hacen, dejando en tela de duda la imparcialidad y ética profesional que pretenden demostrar a la ciudadanía. | es_ES |
