dc.description | The research was conducted at the "Jhon Alex" polyclinic located in the Febres Cordero parish. The elaboration of this research consisted in providing the "Jhon Alex" polyclinic with an analysis focusing on the subject of this case study, to allow it to have information on what is related to administration and its basic processes. The objective of the research was to analyze the administrative management in the polyclinic, with the purpose of identifying the effect that its application is having on the target public. The case study was carried out using the descriptive method, in addition to the interview with the polyclinic's owner and the survey conducted with the clients, as well as the use of bibliographic consultation, which is considered a useful process in determining the problem. The instruments generated allowed to verify the following results: it was concluded that the administrative management model implemented in the polyclinic is not aligned according to how it is organized, in addition to the fact that it does not comply correctly with the basic administrative processes, in order to contribute with a possible solution to the problem that the company is going through and that contributes to the efficient and operational improvement of the organization. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La investigación se realizó en el Policlínico “Jhon Alex” ubicado en la parroquia Febres Cordero, la elaboración de esta investigación consistió en brindarle al policlínico “Jhon Alex” un análisis centrándose en el tema de este estudio de caso, para permitirle tener información sobre lo relacionado la administración, y sus procesos básicos. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la gestión administrativa en el policlínico, con el propósito de identificar el efecto que su aplicación está causando hacia el público objetivo. En estudio de caso se trabajó a través del método descriptivo, ademas se usará como herramienta la entrevista dirigida al propietario del policlínico y la encuesta que se les realizaron a los clientes, además de utilizar la consulta bibliográfica que se considera como un proceso útil en la determinación del problema. Los instrumentos generados permitieron constatar los siguientes resultados: se concluyó que el modelo de gestión administrativa implementada en el policlínico no está alineado acorde a como está organizada, ademas de que no se cumple de forma correcta con los procesos administrativos básicos, para asi poder contribuir con una posible solución a la problemática que atraviesa la empresa y que aporte al mejoramiento eficiente y operacional de la organización. | es_ES |
