dc.descriptionThis case study is called; Sales Management of the hardware store "La Roca" of the Canton Ventanas, the same one whose purpose is to analyze the state of sales to identify the problems that exist and delay the growth of the company, avoiding improving income. The objective of the case study is to identify the factors that influence the behavior of the sales management of La Roca Hardware store, knowing these factors can establish better strategies that seek to directly approach the needs and tastes of customers. The results found in the investigation, are based on the data provided through the survey, these have allowed to conclude adequately and based on the general objective of the work carried out; coming to establish that the factors that have caused sales losses are, the lack of home transportation, little advertising, lack of promotions and offers for customers but according to the analysis it was possible to detect that the main cause of the current decline in sales is due to the situation that exists due to the pandemic, which has affected the population economically, without a doubt the engine of any company is its customers.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio de caso se denomina; Gestión de Ventas de la ferretería “La Roca” del Cantón Ventanas, el mismo que tiene como finalidad analizar el estado de las ventas para identificar los problemas que existen y atrasan al crecimiento de la empresa evitando mejorar los ingresos. El objetivo del estudio de caso es identificar los factores que influyen en el comportamiento de la gestión de ventas de la Ferretería La Roca, al conocer estos factores se puede establecer mejores estrategias que buscan acercarse de manera directa a las necesidades y gustos de los clientes. Los resultados encontrados en la investigación, están basados en los datos proporcionados a través de la encuesta, estos han permitido concluir adecuadamente y en función del objetivo general del trabajo realizado; llegando a establecer que los factores que han ocasionado pérdidas de ventas son, la falta de transporte a domicilio, la poca publicidad, la falta de promociones y ofertas para los clientes pero de acuerdo al análisis se pudo detectar que la principal causa de la decadencia actual en las ventas se debe a la situación que se vive a causa de la pandemia, la cual ha afectado económicamente a la población, sin lugar a duda el motor de toda empresa son sus clientes.es_ES
