dc.descriptionIn the present case study with the theme: "Work performance in the company REYBANPAC CA branch- San Juan" with the primary objective of identifying the factors that affect the work performance of the company and proposing possible solutions that allow better performance and the work environment , prior to the above, the causes that originate the problem were established, in addition, the justification was argued and the general and specific objectives were stated, explaining the purpose of the study and the foundation that supports the subject, carrying out a bibliographical investigation regarding the variable where I could analyze the importance of work performance and its factors, specifically the method, technique, instrument and the target audience in research where it was possible to demonstrate the absence of motivation and inefficiency in communication as well as the breach of compensation and incentives other data obtaining reliable and specific, proceeding to draw conclusions and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the company.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio de caso con tema : “Desempeño laboral en la empresa REYBANPAC C.A sucursal- San Juan” con objetivo primordial identificar los factores que inciden en el desempeño laboral de la empresa y proponer posibles soluciones que permitan mejor el rendimiento y el ambiente laboral, previo a lo antes expuesto se establecieron las causas que originan el problema, además se argumentó la justificación y planteó objetivo general y específicos explicando el propósito del estudio y la fundamentación que sustenta el tema realizando una investigación bibliográfica referente a la variable donde pude analizar la importancia del desempeño laboral y sus factores, puntualmente el método, técnica, instrumento y el público objetivo en investigación donde se pudo evidenciar la ausencia de motivación e ineficiencia en la comunicación asimismo el incumplimiento de compensaciones e incentivos demás datos obteniendo confiables y específicos, procediendo a establecer conclusiones y recomendaciones para la mejora continua de la empresa.es_ES
