The purpose of this case study is to identify the factors that impede the quality of the hosting services and to propose suggestions for their improvement, according to the results obtained, it was discovered that management is not efficient and care is not adequate, even training is an aspect that is neglected, which can be improved by standardizing and managing processes. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El hotel bello sueños está diseñada para acoger a las personas que por diferentes motivos viajan y necesitan descansar, se realizó un estudio de caso con el tema de: Gestión de servicios en el hotel bello sueños de la parroquia san juan en el que se detallan diferentes problemáticas, objetivos, un marco conceptual seguido del marco metodológico siguiente de los resultados y sus análisis terminando con sus conclusiones y recomendaciones. La finalidad del presente estudio de caso es identificar los factores que impiden garantizar la calidad de los servicios de hospedaje y proponer sugerencias para su mejora, de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se descubrió que la administración no es eficiente al igual que la atención no es la adecuada incluso la capacitación es un aspecto que esta descuidado, mismas que se pueden mejorar estandarizando y gestionando los procesos. | es_ES |
