dc.description.abstractEn el actual estudio de caso se empleó el método inductivo por medio de las respuestas dadas por parte de la gerente y los trabajadores se utilizó esto para obtener criterio lógico y poder dar conclusiones aceptables las cuales fueron basada en la información recopilada a los trabajadores del supermercado se aplicó la formula finita para obtener la muestra de las personas a encuestar en una población de veintiuno colaboradores se tuvo como muestra veinte operarios a los que se les aplico la encuesta. Este estudio de caso guarda relación con la línea de investigación Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y la sublínea de investigación que presenta este caso de estudio son las Empresas públicas y privadas, porque el desempeño laboral se asocia al proceso administrativo que muestra el comercial, además, a través de estas líneas se asegura que las labores diarias de los empleados sean optimas, que muestren un buen estado de ánimo a la hora de atender a los cliente.
