dc.descriptionThe present case study consists of determining the fulfillment of the social benefits in the company Center Drive, towards the collaborators, these types of benefits, fulfill a fundamental role in any organization, being considered a strategic tool, because it allows to increase the productivity and the loyalty of its employees, it is worth mentioning that these are not related to salary or overtime, its objective is to be able to improve the quality of life of workers, improving some of their present needs, in addition to offering these benefits the growth of the company positively influences. It is important that companies grant these social benefits, which generates happiness to the personnel that works in the company and therefore this translates into a commitment and a better performance in the activities that are carried out within the entity, they also allow to reduce the turnover in the workforce, very important for a company to obtain the maximum benefit that the experience of a worker in a business gives it over the years. To obtain information, the deductive method was used, which allowed obtaining as an information collection technique the execution of a survey, directed at the workers of the Center Drive company, in order to determine and know if these benefits are met.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso consiste en determinar el cumplimiento de los beneficios sociales en la empresa Center Drive, hacia los colaboradores, estos tipos de beneficios, cumplen un papel fundamental en toda organización, siendo considera una herramienta estratégica, porque permita aumentar la productividad y la fidelidad de sus empleados, cabe mencionar que estos no se relacionan con el sueldo o las horas extras, su objetivo es poder mejorar la calidad de vida de los trabajadores, mejorando algunas de sus necesidades presentes, además al ofrecer estos beneficios el crecimiento de la empresa influye de manera positiva. Es importante que las empresas otorguen estos beneficios sociales lo que genera felicidad al personal que trabaja en la empresa y por ende esto se traduce como un compromiso y un mejor rendimiento en las actividades que se ejecutan dentro de la entidad, también permiten reducir la rotación en la plantilla, importantísimo para que una empresa pueda obtener el máximo beneficio que le otorga la experiencia de un trabajador en un negocio con el paso de los años. Para la obtención de información se utilizó el método deductivo, el cual permitió obtener como técnica de recopilación de información la ejecución de una encuesta, dirigida a los trabajadores de la empresa Center Drive, para poder determinar y saber si se cumplen estos beneficios.es_ES
