dc.descriptionThe research focuses on serving students who have diverse characteristics and are associated with disabilities such as intellectual, physical-motor, auditory, visual or mental; multi-disabilities; and generalized developmental disorders and those that are not associated with disability such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dysorthography, dysphasia, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, behavior disorders, the idea is that with the contribution of the strategic teaching plan, improve their learning and that the didactic strategies applied will improve their lifestyle, their quality and warmth, including all not only for certain students and can contribute to the exchange of lived experiences that serve to help solve the problems they face in daily life. In the strategic teaching plan, one of the important factors is the work of the teacher and their motivation, which directly influences students with special educational needs, they must exchange and guide their experiences in this way, it is possible to work as a team and students with needs special educational programs will have better attention and thus the teacher will develop a better teacher evaluation, it will always be a stimulus, becoming part of the motivational strategies for student learning.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa investigación se centra en atender a los estudiantes que poseen características diversas y que son asociadas a la discapacidad como la intelectual, física-motriz, auditiva, visual o mental; multidiscapacidades; y trastornos generalizados del desarrollo y las que no están asociadas a la discapacidad como dislexia, discalculia, disgrafía, disortografía, disfasia, trastornos por déficit de atención e hiperactividad, trastornos del comportamiento la idea es que con la contribución del plan estratégico de enseñanza mejore su aprendizaje y que las estrategias didácticas aplicadas mejorará su estilo de vida, su calidad y calidez incluidos todos no solamente para ciertos estudiantes y puedan contribuir con el intercambio de experiencias vividas que sirva para ayudar a solucionar los problemas que se enfrentan en la vida cotidiana. En el plan estratégico de enseñanza uno de los factores importantes es el trabajo del docente y su motivación que influye directamente en los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales, ellos deben intercambiar y orientar sus experiencias de esta manera se logra trabajar en equipo y los estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales tendrán una mejor atención y así el docente desarrollará una mejor evaluación docente siempre será un estímulo llegando a formar parte de las estrategias motivacionales del aprendizaje del estudiante.es_ES
