dc.descriptionObesity is one of the biggest problems that concerns public health since it is a non-communicable disease that triggers various diseases. In this clinical case, the clinical history of a male patient who arrives for a medical appointment with the nutritionist since he has been diagnosed with obesity is written. The general objective is to guarantee that the patient has optimal weight loss through the nutritional care process and in this way, complications related to this disease can be avoided. In the development, the nutritional assessment of the patient is carried out, using the different existing methods that are anthropometric, clinical, dietary and biochemical, thus establishing a nutritional diagnosis, for which a hypocaloric, hypofat diet was established, with high fiber content. , divided into 5 shots. Through the dietary prescription provided, where a diet of 2,000 Kcal, Hypocaloric, Hypofat, Hyperfibrous was prescribed and for this various recommendations were made, including drinking 2 liters of water and performing physical activity 30 minutes daily and the activities are of moderate intensity and finally, a desired weight loss is obtained as a result, obtaining a loss of 13 Kg, a BMI of 32 kg/m2 going from obesity grade II to obesity grade I, a waist-hip ratio of 0.92, a percentage of body fat of 36.1 %, the non-existence of biochemical alterations or other complications were also recorded. In the patient there was an excessive intake of fats and carbohydrates, which was reduced through the interventions and he had an adequate diet. The clinical case concludes with satisfactory results in that the nutritional status was improved, eating habits were modified and physical activity was encouraged, managing to prevent the patient from suffering from diseases related to the pathology he suffers from.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa obesidad es uno de los mayores problemas que preocupa a la salud publica ya que es una enfermedad no transmisible que desencadenas diversas enfermedades. En este caso clínico se redacta el historial clínico de un paciente de sexo masculino que llega a una cita médica con el nutricionista ya que ha sido diagnosticado con obesidad. El objetivo general es garantizar que el paciente tenga una pérdida de peso óptima mediante el proceso de atención nutricional y de esta manera se pueda evitar complicaciones relacionadas con esta enfermedad. En el desarrollo se realiza la valoración nutricional al paciente, empleando los diferentes métodos existentes que son antropométricos, clínicos, dietéticos y bioquímicos, estableciéndose de esta manera un diagnostico nutricional, para lo cual se estableció una dieta Hipocalórica, Hipograsa, con alto contenido de fibra, fraccionada en 5 tomas. Mediante la prescripción dietética brindada, donde se prescribió una dieta de 2.000 Kcal, Hipocalorica, Hipograsa, Hiperfibrosa y para esto se realizaron diversas recomendaciones entre ellas beber 2 litros de agua y realizar actividad física 30 minutos diarios y las actividades sean de intensidad moderada y finalmente, se obtiene como resultado una pérdida de peso deseada, obteniendo una pérdida de 13 Kg, un IMC de 32 kg/m2 pasando de obesidad grado II a obesidad grado I, un índice de cintura cadera de 0.92, un porcentaje de grasa corporal de 36.1%, también se registraron la no existencia de alteraciones bioquímicas, ni demás complicaciones. En el paciente existía una ingesta excesiva de grasas y carbohidratos, lo cual mediante las intervenciones se logró reducir y tener una dieta adecuada. El caso clínico se concluye con resultados satisfactorios a que se mejoró el estado nutricional, se modificaron los hábitos alimenticios y se fomentó la actividad física, logrando evitar que el paciente padezca de enfermedades relacionadas con la patología que padece.es_ES
