Information and communication technologies are very important tools for all companies that want to transcend or persist in the market, as well as for all those that want to face an ever-advancing economic environment. The current economy in cities forces them to carry out a continuous updating process based on the socio-economic movement, in this case Babahoyo, which maintains an active and productive economy focused on urban commerce, for which it is important that companies implement several modalities of electronic commerce, in order to achieve the expectations desired by customers. It is of the utmost importance that companies have at their disposal an organizational work plan of competencies that in turn promotes quality management within the framework of business innovation, with this scheme the investigative analysis in the city of Babahoyo is directed.es_ES

dc.description.abstractHoy en día son más las personas que van empleando la utilización del internet para la compraventa de productos o servicios que compensen sus necesidades, sin embargo, aún existen personas o usuarios que desconocen la herramienta e-commerce y su funcionamiento. Las tecnologías de la información y comunicación son herramientas muy importantes para todas las empresas que quieran transcender o persistir en el mercado, así mismo para todas aquellas que quieran hacer frente a un ambiente económico en perenne avance. La economía actual en las ciudades obliga a que lleven un proceso continuo de actualización en base al movimiento socio-económico, en este caso Babahoyo el cual mantiene una economía activa y productiva enfocada en el comercio urbano, por cual es importante que las empresas implementen varias modalidades de comercio electrónico, para así poder alcanzar las expectativas deseadas por los clientes. Es de suma importancia que las empresas tengan a disposición un plan de trabajo organizacional de competencias que a su vez fomente la gestión de calidad en el marco de la innovación empresarial, con ese esquema va dirigido el análisis investigativo en la ciudad de Babahoyo.es_ES
