dc.descriptionIn the present study, the improvement of two important processes for the value chain of the Álvarez distributor has been developed. The processes that have been analyzed are: the customer service management process and the supplier management management process. Currently the organization does not have formally defined processes, owners and controls for each one, the same ones that are described in the process improvement proposal. Another important factor is the study or comparative analysis of free software tools for the automation of the aforementioned processes, which allows control and thus contributes to their improvement. An analysis of the current process handled by the Álvarez distributor in the management of customer service, sales and control of suppliers within the company has been carried out. An analysis of the free software tools or existing in the market that will allow to automate the processes is carried out; according to the functional technological requirements raised, for the incorporation of certain tools in the company in order to obtain an accurate conclusion about the perceived performance of the software, so that in this way, the administrator is better able to contribute actively with all the tasks that aim to achieve the long-awaited customer satisfaction.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el presente estudio se ha desarrollado la mejora de dos procesos importantes para la cadena de valor de la distribuidora Álvarez. Los procesos que se han analizado son: el proceso de gestión de atención al cliente y el proceso de gestión de gestión de proveedores. Actualmente la organización no cuenta con procesos, dueños y controles formalmente definidos para cada uno, los mismos que se describen en la propuesta de mejora de procesos. Otro factor importante es el estudio o análisis comparativo de herramientas de software libre para la automatización de los procesos antes mencionados, que permita el control y contribuya así a su mejora. Se ha realizado un análisis del proceso actual que maneja la distribuidora Álvarez en la gestión de la atención al cliente, ventas y control de proveedores dentro de la empresa. Se realiza un análisis de las herramientas de software libre o existentes en el mercado que permitirán automatizar los procesos; de acuerdo a los requerimientos tecnológicos funcionales planteados, para la incorporación de ciertas herramientas en la empresa con el fin de obtener una conclusión precisa acerca del rendimiento percibido de los softwares , para que de esa manera, estén mejor capacitado el administrador para contribuir activamente con todas las tareas que apuntan a lograr la tan anhelada satisfacción del cliente.es_ES
