| dc.description | This case study will allow the designo of a prototype computer solution trough the use of ChatBot that runs from WhatsApp for the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Las Naves, wich Will be part of the objectives and goals t achieve a quality service and warmth with its employees and the same citizenship. The study focuses on providing a technological infrastructure appropriate to the needs of the municipality and the collection of property taxes, optimizing its information consultation and management system. The exploratory and field research methodologies were used to demonstrate the need through the technical bibliography, concluding that the institution has a basic computer system and the acceptance of the improment proposed in this work. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso permitirá diseñar un prototipo de solución informática a través del uso de ChatBot que se ejecute desde WhatsApp para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal De Las Naves, la misma que será parte de los objetivos y metas para alcanzar un servicio de calidad y calidez con sus empleados y la misma ciudadanía. El estudio se enfoca en dotar de una infraestructura tecnológica adecuada a las necesidades del municipio y la recaudación de los impuestos prediales optimizando su sistema de consulta y manejo de información. Se utilizo como metodologías de investigación la de exploratoria y de campo para evidenciar la necesidad a través de la bibliografía técnica, concluyendo que la institución cuenta con un sistema informático base y la aceptación de mejora propuesta en el presente trabajo. | es_ES |
