dc.descriptionThe present case study refers to the process of nutritional care in a 28-year-old female patient who came to the consultation and was diagnosed with grade I obesity, dyslipidemia and fatty liver, the doctor referred her to the nutritionist. For the development of this clinical case, a study was carried out where a process of nutritional care for the patient was established through comprehensive nutritional surveillance with an adequate treatment for the pathologies she suffers in order to help the patient improve her state of health, quality of life and correct her eating habits and avoid future ones. he respective nutritional assessment was carried out and we found that he has a BMI of 30.4 with a diagnosis of obesity grade I with a high cardiovascular risk demonstrated in a waist circumference of 95 cm, in addition to alterations in his biochemical examinations both in cholesterol 290 mg/dL and total triglycerides 205 mg/dL, LDL 30 mg/dL, HDL 187 mg/dL with diagnosis of dyslipidemia, TGO 51.01 μg, TGP with a diagnosis of fatty liver, all this given by excessive food intake and sedentary lifestyle. A personalized dietotherapeutic plan of 2100 kcal per day, rich healthy fats, fiber, protein and complex carbohydrates was established, the importance of performing physical activity was also mentioned and favorable results were obtained in the span of two months.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso hace referencia sobre el proceso de atención nutricional en paciente femenino de 28 años de edad que acudió a consulta y fue diagnosticada con obesidad grado I, dislipidemia e hígado graso, el médico la derivó al nutricionista. Para el desarrollo de este caso clínico se llevó a cabo un estudio en donde se estableció un proceso de atención nutricional al paciente por medio de una vigilancia nutricional integral con un tratamiento adecuado para las patologías que padece con el fin de ayudar a la paciente a mejorar su estado de salud, calidad de vida y corregir sus hábitos alimentarios y evitar futuras. Se le realizó la respectiva valoración nutricional y encontramos que tiene un IMC de 30,4 con diagnóstico de obesidad grado I con un riesgo cardiovascular elevado demostrado en un perímetro de cintura de 95 cm, además de alteraciones en sus exámenes bioquímicos tanto en los colesterol 290 mg/dL y triglicéridos totales 205 mg/dL, LDL 30 mg/dL, HDL 187 mg/dL con diagnóstico de dislipidemia, TGO 51.01 µg, TGP con un diagnóstico de hígado graso, todo esto dado por una ingesta excesiva de alimentos y el sedentarismo. Se estableció un plan dietoterapéutico personalizado de 2100 kcal al día, rico grasas saludables, fibra, proteína y carbohidratos complejos, también se le mencionó la importancia de la realización de actividad física y se obtuvo resultados favorables en el lapso de dos meses.es_ES
