Communication develops differently than in a face-to-face context, in which there are without exception affects that determine the nature of the relationship between teachers and students and promote or hinder the learning process. For this reason, the following scientific problem is posed, how do virtual strategies affect communication? To answer it, the research objective is presented: Determine the influence of virtual learning strategies in educational communication. The development of the research is presented with a quantitative approach, a descriptive cross-sectional study, as a sample 100 students and 40 teachers were taken, which corresponds to the total population. The questionnaire was created by the authors. The results of the analysis showed that there are many limitations that both students and teachers have to face, which requires technical training so that the teaching-learning process in virtual environments can be carried out efficiently and effectively.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa pandemia del coronavirus (COVID-19) ha provocado una crisis sin precedentes en todos los ámbitos, incluido el educativo. La comunicación se desarrolla de manera diferente que en un contexto presencial, en el que existen sin excepción afectos que determinan la naturaleza de la relación entre docentes y alumnos y favorecen o dificultan el proceso de aprendizaje. Por tal motivo, se plantea el siguiente problema científico, ¿cómo afectan las estrategias virtuales a la comunicación? Para responderla se presenta el objetivo de investigación: Determinar la influencia de las estrategias de aprendizaje virtual en la comunicación educativa. El desarrollo de la investigación se presenta con un enfoque cuantitativo, estudio descriptivo de corte transversal, como muestra se tomó 100 estudiantes y 40 docentes, que corresponde al total de la población. El cuestionario fue elaborado por los autores. Los resultados del análisis demostraron que existen muchas limitaciones que tanto los estudiantes como los docentes tienen que enfrentar, lo que requiere de una formación técnica para que el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en entornos virtuales se pueda llevar a cabo de manera eficiente y eficaz.es_ES
