| dc.description | The San Antonio Savings and Credit Cooperative of the Babahoyo Canton is a non-profit organization created to serve its members. This institution provides credits and grants credit solutions to members, offering training to the respective custodian of working capital that they deposit daily in said cooperative, but in turn this activity becomes a big problem as the collection management of the members is not carried out credits that have been issued causing liquidity and economic problems of the Cooperative, it is for this reason that the situation of the past due portfolio of the Cooperative and its recovery process from the granting of credits to clients is analyzed, it is difficult to that the loan officers recover the overdue portfolio at a relevant time. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Antonio del Cantón Babahoyo, es una organización sin fines de lucro, creada para prestar servicio a sus socios. Esta institución brinda créditos y otorga soluciones de créditos a los socios, ofreciendo capacitación del custodio respectivo de capitales de trabajo que depositan diariamente en dicha cooperativa, pero a su vez esta actividad se convierte en un gran problema al no realizarse la gestión de cobros de los créditos que se han emitidos causando problemas de liquidez y económicos de la Cooperativa, es por esta razón que se analiza la situación de la cartera vencida de la Cooperativa y su proceso de recuperación a partir de la concesión de créditos a los clientes, es difícil de que los asesores de créditos recuperen la cartera vencida en un momento pertinente. | es_ES |
