| dc.description.abstract | Una Buena nutrición para los cachorros caninos es la clave para una un buen desarrollo, mantenimiento y vitalidad, sin embargo, los alimentos procesados que son muy utilizados en los dueños de los perros son causantes de varios desequilibrios del organismo de los canes produciendo desordenes y patologías. La alimentación natural es libre de químicos y conservantes está siendo utilizada por las personas la utilización de ingredientes naturales cada día está creciendo más. El propósito del presente trabajo es analizar y elaborar varias formulaciones para la producción de snacks naturales tipo premio para consumo exclusivo de perros, bajo parámetros actuales de nutrición y palatabilidad canina. Los Snacks (torta, galletas y muffin) están elaborados artesanalmente con ingredientes no procesados; carne de pollo, carne de res, cilantro, zanahoria, remolacha, avena, etc. Decorado al gusto del cliente. Cada 100 gr de galletas contiene 15gr de proteína, fibra 2gr, humedad min 12%, calcio 0.10gr, fosforo 0.31gr, carbohidratos 29gr. 100 gr pastel contiene; proteína 13gr, fibra 4gr, humedad 55%, calcio 0.22gr, fósforo 2,31gr, carbohidratos 12gr. 100gr de muffin de manzana para cachorros caninos contiene; proteína 5gr, fibra 10gr, humedad 55%, calcio 0.26gr, fósforo 1.7gr, carbohidratos 23gr. La cantidad de galletas, muffin y pastel que consuma el cachorro canino dependerá del peso, por ejemplo, si el cachorro pesa alrededor de 3 - 1 kg es recomendable darle de una a dos galletas.
