dc.descriptionThis study is developed with the general objective of carrying out the inventory management of the Don Julio Minimarket and the specific objectives of investigating, based on the criteria of various authors, inventory management, diagnosing the current situation of the business in relation to inventory management and develop a proposal for a solution to the current problem through the Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management research line; In addition to this, the subline, Local Development and Sustainable and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and with the help of the techniques that allowed the development of the investigation were: an interview with the owner - administrator of the Don Julio Minimarket and surveys applied to the employees that resulted in the Minimarket Don Julio of the City of Babahoyo, presents problems related to the merchandise control process and the absence of a chronological record depending on the type of products, a purchase planning is not carried out for the supply and satisfaction of the demand, it lacks systems registration and inventory control, the control methods do not apply: Fifo, and weighted average, an inventory rotation is not determined, it lacks appropriate spaces and knowledge for the adequate storage of products, poor communication between the warehouse manager and vendors that affects the supply and loss of merchandise due to c product adduction.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste estudio se desarrolla con el objetivo general de realizar la gestión de inventario del Minimarket Don Julio y los objetivos específicos de investigar a partir del criterio de diversos autores la gestión de inventario, diagnosticar la situación actual del negocio en relación a la gestión de inventarios y elaborar una propuesta de solución a la problemática actual a través de la línea de investigación Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control; adicional a ello, la sublínea, Desarrollo Local y Emprendimiento Sostenible y Sustentable y con ayuda de las técnicas que permitieron el desarrollo de la investigación fueron: entrevista realizada al propietario – administrador del Minimarket Don Julio y encuestas aplicada a los empleados que dio como resultado que el Minimarket Don Julio de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, presenta problemas relacionado con el proceso de control de mercadería e inexistencia de un registro cronológico dependiendo el tipo productos, no se realiza una planificación de compras para el aprovisionamiento y satisfacción de la demanda, carece de sistemas de registro y control de inventario, no aplican los métodos de control: Fifo, y promedio ponderado, no se determina una rotación de inventario, carece de espacios apropiados y conocimiento para el almacenamiento adecuado de productos, deficiente comunicación entre el encargado de bodega y vendedores que incide en el abastecimiento y perdida de mercadería debido a la caducidad de los productos.es_ES
