dc.descriptionDigital marketing has gained strength in recent times, the advancement of technology has allowed the use of this tool in different market niches, it is defined as the grouping of strategies aimed at promoting a brand on the internet, facilitating the marketing of a good or service. It differs from traditional marketing by including the use of channels and methods that allow the analysis of results in real time. However, there are still businesses that are unaware of marketing, such as the case of Peluquería Jesús located on Rocafuerte and 9 de Octubre streets in Baba Canton; that through this investigation the ignorance of digital marketing was detected as one of the reasons that make up the company's problems, not carrying out adequate advertising or having an obsolete one, not using social networks as a strategy to carry out discounts and promotions in the service offered in this hairdressing salon, since the application of strategies is estimated as one of the most crucial components for the profitability of a business, it is also important to highlight that these elements are essential to be known and have a position in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl marketing digital ha tomado fuerza en los últimos tiempos, el avance de la tecnología ha permitido hacer uso de esta herramienta en los diferentes nichos de mercado, se define como la agrupación de estrategias volcadas hacia la promoción de una marca en el internet, facilitando la comercialización de un bien o servicio. Se diferencia del marketing tradicional por incluir el uso de canales y métodos que permiten el análisis de los resultados en tiempo real. Sin embargo aún existen negocios que desconocen sobre la mercadotecnia como es el caso de Peluquería Jesús situada en las calles Rocafuerte y 9 de Octubre del Cantón Baba; que a través de esta indagación se detectó el desconocimiento de marketing digital como una de las razones que integran la problemática de la empresa, no realizar la adecuada publicidad o tener una obsoleta, el no utilizar las redes sociales como estrategia para efectuar descuentos y promociones en el servicio que se ofrece en esta peluquería, ya que se estima la aplicación de estrategias como uno de los componentes más cruciales para la rentabilidad de un negocio, además es importante resaltar que estos elementos son fundamentales para ser conocidos y tener posicionamiento en el mercado.es_ES
