dc.descriptionThe present investigation was carried out in the context of the Oswaldo Guayasamin School and Institutional Transport Cooperative, in the province of Guayas, in the canton of Guayaquil. The same that is dedicated exclusively to the provision of transportation service, both school and institutional. The main objective of this research work was to analyze the quality of the service provided by the Oswaldo Guayasamin School and Institutional Transportation Cooperative. For the purposes of the investigation, a descriptive methodology with a qualitative-quantitative approach was used, since an interview was applied to the manager of the cooperative and a survey of users. Among the main results found, it was established that 95% of them consider that the service provided is good, 100% of them feel safe to move in their six buses with a capacity of 48 passengers, also for 100% of the informants, their main condition is to have a punctual transportation service. This research is based on what is established by the Commerce Career of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology, for which the line of research was applied: Financial Management, administrative, tax, audit, control. In the same way, since it is a private company that is analyzed, the research subline is involved: Companies and public and private institutions.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación se realizó en el contexto de la Cooperativa de Transporte Escolar e Institucional Oswaldo Guayasamin, de la provincia del Guayas, en el cantón Guayaquil. La misma que se dedica exclusivamente a la prestación del servicio de transportación, tanto escolar como institucional. El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación fue analizar la calidad del servicio que brinda la Cooperativa de Transporte Escolar e Institucional Oswaldo Guayasamin. Para efectos de la investigación se empleó una metodología de tipo descriptiva con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, ya que se aplicó una entrevista al gerente de la cooperativa y una encuesta a los usuarios. Entre los principales resultados encontrados, se estableció que el 95% de ellos considera que el servicio prestado es bueno, el 100% de ellos se siente seguro a movilizarse en sus seis buses con una capacidad de 48 pasajeros, también para el 100% de los informantes su principal condicionamiento es contar con un servicio puntual de transportación. Esta investigación se ampara en lo establecido por la Carrera de comercio de la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática, para lo cual se aplicó la línea de línea de investigación: Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control. De igual forma al ser una empresa de carácter privado la que se analiza, se involucra la sublínea de investigación: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas.es_ES
