dc.descriptionThis work measures the work environment of the 4 de Mayo health subcenter belonging to District D1201 of the Babahoyo canton, it is intended to know how power groups and work conflicts affect a good work environment, in such a way that they allow to provide internal and external users of quality health services. The objective of this research is to analyze the work environment in the May 4 health center and in turn to determine the existing problems in relation to the current work environment that is appreciated, to know the inconveniences that occur in this health subcenter and to provide guides to solve problems and improve the work environment. Satisfaction and work environment, labor conflicts, motivation and other factors that can directly affect the work environment of workers in this health center are conceptualized. Subsequently, through the analysis of surveys, an attempt is made to determine the reality of labor conflict in the Health Area. In this sense, some concrete actions are proposed to improve the work environment. Finally, some conclusions are detailed about the work environment that allows the officials of this Health House to have a better quality of working life.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEste trabajo mide el clima laboral del subcentro de salud 4 de mayo perteneciente al Distrito D1201 del cantón Babahoyo, se pretende conocer de qué forma los grupos de poder y los conflictos de trabajo inciden en el buen ambiente laboral, de tal manera que permitan brindar a los usuario internos y externos servicios de calidad en salud. El objetivo de la presente investigación es analizar el clima laboral en el centro de salud 4 de mayo y a su vez determinar los problemas existentes en relación al actual ambiente de trabajo que se aprecia, conocer los inconvenientes que se presenta en este subcentro de salud y proporcionar guías para solucionar los problemas y mejorar el clima laboral. Se conceptualiza la satisfacción y clima laboral, conflictos laborales, motivación y demás factores que pueden afectar directamente el clima laboral de los trabajadores de este centro de salud. Posteriormente a través del análisis de encuestas se procura determinar la realidad de la conflictividad laboral del Área de Salud. En este sentido se plantean algunas acciones concretas de mejoramiento del ambiente laboral. Finalmente se detallan algunas conclusiones sobre el entorno en el trabajo que permita tener una mejor calidad de vida laboral a los funcionarios de esta Casa de Salud.es_ES
