| dc.description | The present investigation was carried out in the context of the company "Clínica del Aire", which is located in Custodio Sánchez and Roldos streets, the same one that is dedicated to the service of installation, repair and adaptation of air conditioners for both cars, houses and institutions. The main objective was to study the administrative management of the company, where several dimensions were included such as: planning, organization, direction and control. For the purposes of the investigation, a descriptive methodology with a qualitative-quantitative approach was used, since an interview was applied to the owner of the company. Among the main results found, it was established that the company does not execute administrative processes in a formal way, which has caused it not to develop internally and externally. Lack of planning, disorganization in the physical area of the company and absence of control mechanisms, are among the problems found. This research is based on what is established by the Commerce Career of the Faculty of Administration, Finance and Information Technology, for which the line of research was applied: Financial Management, administrative, tax, audit, control. In the same way, since it is a private company that is analyzed, the research subline is involved: Companies and public and private institutions. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en el contexto de la empresa “Clínica del Aire”, que se encuentra ubicada en las calles Custodio Sánchez y Roldos, la misma que se dedica al servicio de instalación, reparación y adaptación de aires acondicionados tanto para carros, casas e instituciones. El objetivo principal fue estudiar la gestión administrativa de la empresa, donde se incluyeron varias dimensiones como: la planeación, la organización, la dirección y el control. Para efectos de la investigación se empleó una metodología de tipo descriptiva con enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, ya que se aplicó una entrevista al propietario de la empresa. Entre los principales resultados encontrados, se estableció que la empresa no ejecuta procesos administrativos de manera formal, lo que ha incidido en que esta no se desarrolle interna y externamente. Falta de planificación, desorganización en el área física de la empresa y ausencia de mecanismos de control, figuran entre los problemas encontrados. Esta investigación se ampara en lo establecido por la Carrera de comercio de la Facultad de Administración, Finanzas e Informática, para lo cual se aplicó la línea de línea de investigación: Gestión Financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control. De igual forma al ser una empresa de carácter privado la que se analiza, se involucra la sublínea de investigación: Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. | es_ES |
