dc.descriptionThe development of this work was carried out in the company Oruliaceros, which is consolidated in the local market of the city, began its activities in 1999, located at Av. Enrique Ponce Luque S/N and Tercera Transversal in the city of Babahoyo la which is dedicated to the retail sale of spare parts, components, consumables, mechanical spare parts and auto parts such as tires and tubes, including spark plugs, batteries, spare parts for lighting equipment and electrical parts. However, being a company in constant growth thanks to a great reception, the internal analysis shows that the company does not adequately manage talent management, and the existence of inefficient work performance. Bad work is scandalous and, consequently, an imminent decrease in the production of workers, which leads to negative changes in job performance. Therefore, given the previous context, the ability to provide a Comercial Oruliaceros company with a strategic management model is presented as a fundamental factor for better growth in a world in constant change, and at the same time, it is fundamental that companies appreciate the importance they deserve for their human capital, which is the backbone of any company, with the full and competitive development of their activities.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl desarrollo del presente trabajo se realizó en la empresa Oruliaceros que está consolidada en el mercado local de la ciudad, inició sus actividades en el año 1999, ubicada en la Av. Enrique Ponce Luque S/N y Tercera Transversal de la ciudad de Babahoyo la cual está dedicada a la venta al por menor de repuestos, componentes, consumibles, repuestos mecánicos y autopartes como llantas y cámaras, incluyendo bujías, baterías, repuestos para equipos de iluminación y partes eléctricas. Sin embargo, al ser una empresa en constante crecimiento gracias a una gran acogida, del análisis interno se desprende que la empresa no gestiona adecuadamente la gestión de la gestión del talento, y la existencia de un ineficiente desempeño laboral. El mal trabajo es escandaloso y, en consecuencia, una disminución inminente en la producción de los trabajadores, lo que conduce a cambios negativos en el desempeño laboral. Por ello, dado el contexto anterior, la capacidad de dotar a una empresa Comercial Oruliaceros de un modelo de direccionamiento estratégico, se presenta como un factor fundamental, para un mejor crecimiento, en un mundo en constante cambio, y al mismo tiempo, es fundamental que las empresas aprecien la importancia que merecen para su capital humano, el cual es la columna vertebral de cualquier empresa, con el desarrollo pleno y competitivo de sus actividades.es_ES
