| dc.description | Inventory management is essential to be able to generate efficiency in logistics processes both in acquisition, maintenance and distribution of products, since this allows all sales processes in companies to be streamlined, and this in turn generates an increase the profitability of the company. For this reason, in this investigation the objective was to determine the efficiency in the inventory management of the company Donatella Fruit del Cantón Puebloviejo. In order to comply with the aforementioned, a qualitative analysis is applied methodologically, from which it was possible to determine how conclusions that the winery presents problems due to the lack of control in the inventory process at the entrances and exits, due to ignorance of the collaborators who work in the institution. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gestión de inventarios es indispensable para poder generar eficiencia en los procesos logísticos tanto en adquisición, mantenimiento y distribución de los productos, ya que esta permite que se agilice todos los procesos de ventas en las empresas, y esto a su vez genera que se aumente la rentabilidad de la empresa. Por tal razón, en esta investigación se planteó como objetivo determinar la eficiencia en la gestión de inventario de la empresa Donatella Fruit del Cantón Puebloviejo. Para poder cumplir con lo mencionado, metodológicamente se aplica un análisis cualitativo, de lo cual se pudo determinar cómo conclusiones que la bodega presenta problemas por la falta de control en el proceso de inventario en las entradas y salidas, por desconocimiento de los colaboradores que laboran en la institución. | es_ES |
